Katrina served as CFO and COO of ASX-listed Pengana Capital Group (ASX:PCG) since the inception of the business, providing oversight of risk, compliance and reporting across equities, private markets and credit strategies. Katrina’s regulatory experience covers multiple jurisdictions, with broad and deep knowledge across all sectors, entities and products comprising the financial services sector.
Previously, she was an Executive Vice President at BT Financial Group, having commenced her career with Price Waterhouse as a Chartered Accountant
