PIELAB REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY VENTURE CAPITAL FUND

A fund for real estate technology

The PieLAB REIVC fund invested in real estate technology solutions in their startup and scale-up phases. PieLAB has successfully exited several of these investments.

This fund has now been fully allocated.

What is PieLAB's investment philosophy?

Smaller funds.

Research overwhelmingly supports the fact that small funds outperform large funds. For that reason, we maintain a boutique approach and our funds are launched with $20 million to $30 million in investor funds.

Management invested.

We invest our own money, with the management team, advisory board, and CEO Council committing over 20% of the investor funds. We invest the capital like it’s our own money, because it is.

Circle of competence.

We stick to what we know. We have a very disciplined approach to investing and look for an advantage by investing in businesses, industries and business models where we have an area of expertise or competence.
