HappyCo was founded in 2011 by friends Jindou Lee and Andrew Mackenzie-Ross. As an entrepreneur turned real estate investor, Jindou wanted to find a mobile solution that could provide better documentation for property inspections and streamline operational functions, but could not find anything like it on the market.
After developing the ‘Happy Platform’, HappyCo quickly became the leading mobile inspection solution for property managers, with hundreds of businesses signing on in the first year. Now 10 years down the track HappyCo’s platform is used to take care of over 3 million apartments.
