Michael has over five years’ Banking, Private Equity and Corporate Finance experience. Michael has been involved with over 50 M&A roles and capital raising projects. These range from business sale or acquisition processes, due diligence and advising a number of mid-market private equity funds.

Michael is passionate about meeting business owners and understanding the key drivers of value in a business. He works closely with the Investment Directors across the lifecycle of a deal.
