Scott is an experienced accountant with a strong interest in finance systems, process improvement and providing practical support to portfolio companies. He supports several of PieLAB’s portfolio companies across a broad range of finance activities, spanning transactional accounting, payroll, compliance, cash flow management, reporting and financial analysis.
With a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy and reporting quality, Scott has developed automated processes and tools that streamline payroll and payment reviews. His experience includes building automation into everyday finance activities, contributing to finance system migrations and improving visibility, accountability and collaboration across the team.
