In 2010, Cloudstaff founder and CEO Lloyd Ernst identified the Philippines as an emerging market for outsourcing services and expanded operations to the region, commencing with a small team of seven staff. As a result of the successful expansion, the company was able to extend its service offerings and workforce.
Lloyd chose to partner with PieLAB to build on the initial success of the business, expanding both their services and the geographic market that Cloudstaff services. Because of the wealth of local talent and strong, experienced management, the company has continued to enjoy remarkable growth in all areas of its business year on year. Since PieLAB invested in Cloudstaff, the business has more than doubled in size and now employs over 4000 staff and contractors across 6 different locations.
