It has been in operation for over 20 plus years and has established a strong reputation and specialisation in managing small to medium sized schemes. Their head office is located in Brisbane but they have localised offices with staff on the ground to service the needs of their customers in Bundaberg and the Gold Coast.
They are responsible for the administration of owners’ corporations in strata or community titled buildings to enable the members (Body Corporate’s) to be compliant with the Body Corporate and Community Management (BCCM) Act and take great pride in being one of the longer established Queensland strata management companies.
